Goldcrest Estate is situated to the west of Hua Hin in a rural area that previously grew local fruits for the Hua Hin markets. Sugar cane is also grown on a large scale. The area is dotted with small villages and has an abundance of underground water which is evidenced by the large number of small lakes that populate this area.

Hua Hin has become a favorite weekend destination for Bangkok residents and most available land has been snapped up by local and foreign investors. Land prices in Hua Hin have gone up dramatically and there is now very little land available for development.  Consequently the rural area which stretches out to the main Bangkok to Malaysia by-pass has become much sought after and prices have increased considerably in the last year or so. Development is still in its infancy and we believe that buyers and investors have a great opportunity for capital gains by investing in this area.   
Most of the new developments currently being built in this area tend to be architecturally superior and of a better quality than the older housing within Hua Hin City limits.
